Improving Social Determinants of Health: Getting Further Faster
Participating in an ASTHO/NACCHO initiative with 49 other entities nationwide, which conducts a retrospective evaluation of strategies that advance health equity and improve chronic disease conditions by addressing the social determinants of health.
2021 Expansion Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Grant
Funded by Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative to conduct a Department of Health COVID-19 project utilizing Community Health Workers to reduce risks related to COVID-19.
